PEERS® for Teens & Young Adults is an evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated students who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or developing romantic relationships. Students and social coaches attend weekly 2 hr. group classes.

As the community heads into a new school year, faced with challenges due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, this school anxiety workshop was offered to the community as a way to bring information, better understanding and resources related to school based anxiety.

February is Children’s Dental Health awareness month and the 20th anniversary of the “Give Kids A Smile!” program. The following dental offices in Bergen County will be providing free dental services during the month of February to underserved children ages 13 and younger who need dental care. No insurance coverage is required.

Following a brief overview of the true goals of mindfulness and a review of the DSM-V criteria for Binge Eating Disorder (BED), this virtual 2 CE presentation will provide clarity as to how mindfulness practice can be used as a powerful tool in the treatment of BED.
